When it comes to Health and Fitness there is no need to ask if that priority is number one on our wishlist. Whether you feel your overweight, underweight, averaged, perfect etc. we all want the perfect Health and Fitness for our body and I'm sure we all want to feel young when we're aging.

Last night was amazing for me to be a part of and to hear the love and passion for Equality!!!
Thank you to all of Equality PA for their tireless work to provide all Pennsylvanians with basic rights and protections against discrimination. Thank you to all of those supporters both Straight & Gay for their comments and courage to stand up for what is right. As Ted Martin said to me last night there are only 2300 more Townships, Boroughs, Cities, Municipalities to go until ALL of the Citizens of our Commonwealth have protection against discrimination.

I'm reeminded of a catholic I know who I had 2 years of monthly dinner meetings. Early on I realized he was not going so support equality for gays, any more then the unholy ghoxt of Hitler would love the Jews.

Finally after two years of working to take this persons "head apart " I got there. he said "gays support the westobro baptist church"

And then he said "Matthew shepards parents should have "fixed him". Blaming the parents for their sons grisly murder

My cousin is a psych - she said its obvious this guy is just another secretly gay bigot, who btw clamis he was cured.

Nice way they cure people = turning them into psychopaths.

BTW the catholic church's fix the gays program is called 'regeneration" the same neame used for their convert or die programs re the Jews in the mdidle ages.

Diederot, a french philosopher had it right when he said during the french revolution t o free France from the cabal of church and state "mankind will be free when the last king is strangled with the guts of the last priest."

As we become a public presence in the military, the military industrial complex is going to have to develop policies and proceedures to be sure to respect our dignity. Just imagine a gay project manager general touring the plant....... ruffling feathers can cost a contractor a lot of money! And the culture will trickle down.

I highly recommend Ogunquit. It is such a beautiful town and Southern Maine is just such a wonderful place. Visit in summer you'll love the beaches. Boston is not too far either.

I just called each Erie County State Representative and also our State Senator, Jane Earll, and asked them to sign on with the LGBT Equality Caucus. I also mentioned that I am co-editor for Erie Gay News and that we would love to tell our readers where our legislators stand on this. I am urging everyone to call your legislators in Harrisburg and ask them to sign on to this (or thank them if they already have.) They are only in session for a few more days, so do this TODAY or TOMORROW at the latest! Let's see what we can do to move thing forward! Spending less than 5 minutes to make a phone call could have a TREMENDOUS impact if enough of us follow through!

Another fanatical nutcase who has yet to learn that her right to espouse her religious beliefs ends at my ears, and her employer's contract. If she wishes to espouse her religious beliefs she should train for the ministry, not the public school system.
